Gratitude for my Sharp Chef's Knife

I love cooking. But I didn't know until now how incredibly marvellous it is cutting with a proper genuine chef's knife! Wow. Even the most daunting tasks are despatched without any fuss. This knife slices through pumpkin skins like butter.

Yes, I am the proud new owner of a genuine chef's knife and loving it. Thank you for this wonderful revelation and for making cooking even more fun!

  1. Oh my word I love a good chefs knife! I have heart failure when I have to use a blunt knife! Where did you buy yours from?

  2. Hiya! Am not sure as DH got it for me for xmas!! But I also need a smaller one now as it is verrrry big and heavy - and takes some getting used to for controlled cutting...but so accurate when you get into the groove!!! Yeah I am hooked!
